Starting Over

I kind of need to start over with this so that it makes more sense. I think I will divide it up into the different sections and processes required to get your house built, so that if you are building your own house, you can sort of just follow along.

    I,m looking forward to following your process as I am getting ready to do it myself and any info will help.
    Question. Do all gen. contractors give the same ” the beaurocracy is too complicated and Sub-contractors will give me a better price spiel”? Good Fortune and I will be watching Thanks, Wag ( in New Orleans)
